Charities across the world are looking at ways to raise important funds that keep the work they do, going. Through what is a difficult time for many York Road Project continue their work to support those experiencing homelessness in Woking.
As a local charity, supporting local people, we've worked hard to ensure those who are experiencing homelessness are not rough-sleeping and have suitable shelter keeping them safe from the COVID-19 virus.
We've increased our bed numbers and are currently accomodating 28 clients in addition to having the further 20 clients in our available houses.
What do you need? A laptop, PC or Mac with a webcam, speakers and microphone (or headset) with access to the internet.
What will happen? Participants will walk on the spot for 1 hour, they will be able to interact with one-another whilst being able to watch the walk and immerse themselves in a fantastic journey through the Grand Ridge in America.
Walk on the spot, be proud, be local!
