Star of ‘8 out of 10 Cats’, ‘Live At The Apollo’, ‘Have I Got News For You’ and almost any television comedy show – JON RICHARDSON is coming to Sutton for a special charity comedy night on April 10th at 7.30pm.

Hosted by resident comedy company, Laughing Coyote, at the Secombe Theatre this night will see Jon and three of his best friends perform in aid of York Road Project – a charity tackling homelessness in Surrey.

Jon will be bringing the kind of comedy that has had him nominated and winning comedy awards, acclaim and his own documentary series as well as the hearts of Britain’s comedy fans.

Joining Jon is MATT FORDE – political comedian Matt has appeared on ‘Mock The Week’, ‘8 out of 10 Cats’ as well as ‘Question Time’ and ‘Rory Bremner’s Coalition Report’. Impressionist, satirist and radio host, Matt is the creator of ‘The Political Party’ podcast where he interviews political leaders of all parties live from St. James Theatre.

Also on the bill is comedy magician PETE FIRMAN.

Pete is one of the most in-demand comedians and magicians working in television.

Pete Firman writes and performs in magic shows ‘Monkey Magic’ (FIVE), ‘Dirty Tricks’ and ‘Derren Brown’s 3D Magic Spectacular’ (Channel 4),‘The Secret World of Magic’ (Sky One).

At home performing magic or comedy – making guest appearances on mainstream comedy showcases as well as specialist magic show Pete is the perfect way to close our opening night in Sutton.

“He is the funniest and by far the most accomplished performer on the New Magic scene…funnier than most comedians and more magical than Dumbledore on a good day. This guy is a complete star” Time

Rounding off the bill is the all-time favourite act of promoters Laughing Coyote.

Host of touring magic and chat show, ‘DANNY BUCKLER’s MAGIC SALON’, as seen on ‘The Secret World of Magic’ and ’50 Greatest Magic Tricks’ DANNY BUCKLER is a comedian, racoonteur, improviser, story teller and occasional magician – but tonight will be all about the comedy.

A hopeless romantic with a love of the theatrical his tales of uncharacteristic derring-do, brushes with stardom and journeys of hapless love can go on forever.
