Buildings don't make us who we are, it's our team and the charities clear mission to defeat homelessness that does. We work around the clock supporting those experiencing homelessness or rough-sleeping with some roles listed funded by Woking Borough Council and Surrey OPCC.

Our Senior Management Team oversee the strategic running of the charity, ensuring we deliver the best possible services, plus work with commissioners and funders.

Our Accommodation Team look after our Night Shelter and move-on properties, working with those experiencing homelessness to access our accommodation and any other support needed. Our accommodation team are regularly supported by a bank of casual workers.

The PROP Day Centre Team
Our Day Centre Team run the show at 'The PROP'; this includes facilities for rough sleepers, one-to-one housing advice sessions, hot meals, plus a range of activities, workshops and day trips.

Our Outreach team work collaboratively together and with the accommodation staff actively going out in the community, locating rough sleepers, offering help and guidance alongside specific support for those with difficulties around mental health & well being and those who may have a history of offending.

Our Admin Team make sure we stay fully stocked with everything from baked beans to stationery, look after our supporters raising money and make sure our hard-working team gets paid on time.
