Our experienced Outreach Team supports anyone experiencing homelessness in our local community, whether they are rough sleeping i.e. 'on the streets' or perhaps sleeping in a tent or car. This includes anyone without safe, secure accommodation e.g. sofa surfing or squatting.

Who can access support from our Outreach Team?
Men and women (aged 18+) in the Boroughs of Woking and Waverley in Surrey who are currently experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness e.g. facing eviction.
What support does our Outreach Team offer?
Our Outreach Team actively go out to people experiencing homelessness in our community and use their skills to engage with them, assess their needs and offer relevant support through our services.
We also offer specific support for people involved in the criminal justice system with housing needs through our Navigator service and people with complex mental health needs through our wellbeing focussed Indigo Project.
