Our experienced Outreach Team supports anyone experiencing homelessness in our local community, whether they are rough sleeping i.e. 'on the streets' or perhaps sleeping in a tent or car. This includes anyone without safe, secure accommodation e.g. sofa surfing or squatting.

We'd like to thank Woking Borough Council, Waverley Borough Council and Sharaz Homes for their kind support of our outreach service.

Who can access support from our Outreach Team?
