Our experienced Outreach Team supports anyone experiencing homelessness, whether they are rough sleeping i.e. 'on the streets' or perhaps sleeping in a tent or car. This includes anyone without safe, secure accommodation e.g. sofa surfing or squatting.

We'd like to thank Woking Borough Council,  Waverley Borough Council and The Surrey Office of Police Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for their funding support making these roles possible.


Who can access support from our Outreach Team?

Anyone aged 18+ in the Boroughs of Woking and Waverley who are currently experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness e.g. facing eviction.


What support does our Outreach Team offer?

Our Outreach Team actively go out to people experiencing homelessness in our community and use their skills to engage with them, assess their needs and offer relevant support through our services.

If you let us know about someone experiencing homelessness in the Borough of Woking or Waverley, our Outreach Team will respond by trying to locate them and offering them support.
